ALL DEALERS AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

1. Bargain boxes will be displayed in the center of the table or otherwise in a manner not to interfere with a neighboring dealer's display.

2. Copy will be approved by the Show Committee for advertisement in local publications within 50 miles of Bethel Park, within 30 days of the Show start.

3. No pets, music, or unprofessional conduct of any kind.

4. Tables may not be sold, transferred, or shared without prior approval of the Bourse Chair. Material exhibited for sale must contain at least 75% coins, paper money, tokens, and related items. The only deviation from this rule is at the sole discretion of the Bourse Chair. Your personal literature must remain at your bourse space.

5. Only individuals with a DEALER badge issued by the bourse committee will be permitted behind a table. Be certain to list all assistants. If you are sharing a table with another dealer, make sure to include his name and address. No adding of names will be allowed the day of the show. No one who is not on the dealer's list will be allowed in before the start time of the show, except by a $25. early bird fee. Early bird dealers are not allowed behind dealer's tables.

6. The South Hills Coin Club will provide professional security from 8AM Saturday to 5 PM Sunday of the show. HOWEVER, NO INSURANCE WILL BE CARRIED BY THE SOUTH HILLS COIN CLUB, THE SHOW COMMITTEE, OR THE HOLIDAY INN. FURTHERMORE, THE SOUTH HILL COIN CLUB, THE SHOW COMMITTEE, AND THE HOLIDAY INN SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY THAT MAY OCCUR TO THOSE ASSIGNED SPACE IN THE BOURSE AREA, THEIR ASSISTANTS OR PROPERTY, FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, PRIOR TO, DURING, OR SUBSEQUENT TO THE PERIOD COVERED BY THIS CONTRACT. THE UNDERSIGN EXPRESSLY RELEASE THE SOUTH HILLS COIN CLUB, THE SHOW COMMITTEE, AND THE HOLIDAY INN FROM AND AGREES TO INDEMNIFY SAME AGAINST ANY AND ALL SUCH LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY.

7. If for any reason, the show is canceled, the liability of The South Hills Coin Club will be limited to a refund of the bourse fee paid by the applicant.

8. In the event the applicant cancels the table, the Bourse Chairman must be notified. No refund will be issued to the applicant if the table can not be resold.

9. The table fee of $115. must be paid by Dec. 1st , for returning dealers to guarantee space in the show and/or reserve the previous year's table. Do not expect a table to be held if payment has not been received by this date.

10. Dealers offering altered, counterfeit, or spurious material or engaging in or conducting business in an unethical manner will be subject to expulsion from the show without recourse.

Signature of the applicant and acceptance by the Show Committee (who has the right to reject for any or no reason without explanation or recourse) constitutes a contract in accordance with the terms stated above.
